Nalot na feldze i bicie kola

Siemka, mam taki problem, zaczęło mi coś bić w lewym przednim, najpierw sprawdziłem powietrze, jest Ok, do tego nalot na feldze, na zdj załączam jak wyglada felga po 10km od umycia, ( tylko na jednej pokazuje się coś takiego) wie ktoś co to może być? Bać się tego?  Dziękuje wszystkim za pomoc
