LED tail lights plug types

Hello everyone,

I'm started to gather info for retrofitting facelift LED tail lights to my b9 with standard halogen lights. I've made wiring diagram, but not sure what type of plugs are used for b9.5 LEDs. I want to make "clean" wiring loom, that does not require cutting old plugs.

I've managed to find required female plugs for halogen light harness:

3D0973824F ??? (8k0973704c male plug attached to wires)

3AA972714 (7n0972704 male plug attached to wires)

Facelift tail light part numbers are 8W9945091AA / 8W9945092AA/ 8W9945093AA / 8W9945094AA

I will be really thankful if someone will help with this.
