Hello neighbours I have the marvelous Audi 2.0. Im in lack of information and have found lots of links here in your forum, but its too difficult to translate everything... Will be thankfull for any advice or information links. A local lithuanian service have stated, that my 2.0 BPW engine is leaking oil through oil breather. This is because piston preassure rings are damaged and leaks preassure from combustion area. Im considerring the solutions: Repair - the service says its not worth - expensive and will be no guarantee.. Swap to another BPW - expensive engine and it will come with the same manufacture problems that can cause the engine to die in the next 50k kilometers. Swap to another engine - still searching for information if there are similar structure engines.. The service guy told that it is with a single camshaft and is very similar to a cheap and reliable 1.9 "Pumpe duse" engine (didnt mention the code). Any thoughts?
