Niestety nigdzie nie mogę znaleźć korka wlewu oleju do skrzyni automatycznej. Automat DMX (klasyczna skrzynia 4biegowa). Będę wdzięczny za opisanie dokładnej jego lokalizacji, a najlepiej zdjęcie poglądowe w którym miejscu się znajduje.

When the ATF has reached a temperature of 35°C, unscrew ATF inspection plug - arrow 1

 

→ At first the ATF present in the overflow pipe -arrow 2- will run out.

There is always a small amount of ATF in the overflow pipe. This should not be confused with the small quantity of ATF which will come out if the ATF level is correct.

‒ Check that the overflow pipe is screwed in all the way (2 Nm; 5 mm hexagon socket).

● If ATF comes out at the inspection plug before the ATF has reached a temperature of 40°C, the ATF level is correct.

The ATF inspection plug must be screwed in again before the ATF reaches a temperature of 45°C1).

1)50°C for tropical countries

● If no ATF comes out at the inspection plug and the ATF has reached a temperature of 40°C, the ATF level is too low.

‒ → Lever off plug securing cap -arrow- with a screwdriver. The cap locking device will be destroyed, when doing this therefore always renew cap.

‒ Pull plug out of filler pipe.

Fill with ATF using V.A.G 1924, until ATF runs out of level hole -arrow-.

Filling up ATF

The ATF temperature must not be higher than 35 °C at the start of the filling procedure.

‒ → Fill with ATF using V.A.G 1924, until ATF runs out of level hole -arrow-.

‒ Shift selector lever into "P" position.

‒ Start the engine.

‒ With engine running, continue adding ATF until ATF comes out at inspection hole.

Warning!
If the ATF level is too high or too low it will adversely affect the operation of the gearbox.

‒ With the engine idling, press the brake pedal and shift the selector lever through all the selector lever positions, leaving the selector lever 2 - 3 seconds in each position.

‒ Shift selector lever into "P" position.

‒ Check and top up ATF level =>from Page 37-60.
