  1. Witam, Mam nietypowy problem po remoncie silnika. Miałem robioną głowicę bo padł jeden cylinder. Głowica zrobiona, ciśnienie na wszystkich cylindrach idealne. Jednak po złożeniu w całość okazało się że auto nie odpala. Podpiąłem VAGa i co się okazało. Otóż jeżeli silnik jest zimny i jakimś cudem zaskoczy ( bo udaje się go odpalić raz na sto lat ) to wszystkie wtryski leją jak z wiadra. Stąd zapewne problem z odpaleniem bo jest zła mieszanka. Jednak wraz ze wzrostem temperatury silnika dawki powoli wracają do normy. Widać to ładnie w załączniku - po paru minutach wszystko jest ok. Jest jednak też druga przypadłość - po przekroczeniu ~1600 obrotów na minutę VAG nie jest w stanie odczytywać podawanych dawek, pokazuje ostatnie znane i tak to wszystko wisi. Dopiero gdy zdejmę nogę z gazu zaczyna pokazywać na nowo dawki. Wszystkie pozostałe grupy ( chociażby 23 - też od PD, czy np 18 ) wskazują dane w trybie ciągłym. Przed remontem silnika wtryski były ok. Dla pewności ten z zepsutego cylindra zawiozłem do sprawdzenia na maszynie - też okazało się że wtryskiwacz jest ok. Więc wtryski jako wtryski są w porządku - problem jest z dawkowaniem... Ale dlaczego ? Tu link do logu grupy 13stej : http://www.przeklej.pl/plik/013-xls-0027qf68l5a5
  2. No to wlasnie jest Passat... Hm bede musial pojechac gdzies na podnosnik i posrpawdzac... gdzies wyczytalem ze ktos psikal plakiem na rury to bylo ladnie widac czy powietrze ucieka..
  3. Hm a ktore miejsca sa najbardziej narazone na tego typu usterki? Czy raczej nie ma reguly i trzeba orac wszystko od praktycznie filtra powietrza po silnik ? Bo znowu rozbierac przod to tragedia... A drugie pytanie : Czy ten pompowtrysk nie powoduje takich objawow? Mi sie wydaje ze raczej nie bo gdyby szwankowal silnik albo by kiepsko pracowal albo mial problemy z odpalaniem a pracuje wzorcowo... Czy w takim wypadku pozostaje tylko ten dolot czy moze to byc rowniez cos innego ?
  4. Na VAGu nie mam zadnych bledow w silniku ani nigdzie indziej. Moge ewentualnie zrobic logi dynamiczne i statyczne - wystarczy powiedziec ktore grupy...
  5. Dolot sprawdzalem i nie stwierdzilem nieszczelnosci. Natomiast nie dam tu 100% gwarancji. Jakis magiczny sposob by to poprawnie zdiagnozowac?
  6. Witam, Od jakiegos czasu autko zaczelo kopcic na czarno. Dzieje sie tak przy np wyprzedzaniu. I nie chodzi tu o chmurke i potem juz nic a kopcenie ciagle. Przeplywomierz byl wymieniany i jest sprawy. Turbina byla robiona i jest sprawna. Oleju nie bierze. Odpala odrazu niezaleznie czy jest zimny czy cieply. Spalanie wydaje mi sie rowniez w normie a jezeli wzroslo to jakos nieznacznie. Jedyne co mnie niepokoi to kwestia pompowtryskow. W grupie 013 na VAGu jest wszystko ok, norma to +-2,8 a u mnie wszystkie 4 spokojnie mieszcza sie w 0,5. Natomiast w grupie 023, w BIPach jeden z nich ma wartosc 60-70 na postoju. Pozostale max 17.... Zdejmowalem obudowe silnika by sprawdzic wtyczki do pompek i zauwazylem ze jedna z pompek jest inna niz pozostale. Tak jakby juz byla wymieniana. Na dodatek to ta daje nieprawidlowy wynik w BIPach.... Prosze o wypowiedz jakiegos znawcy czy ta pompka moze dawac taki objaw? Wiem ze ciezko to diagnozowac, przydalyby sie logi reszty itd... Ale na chwile obecna interesuje mnie jedynie ten wysoki BIP na 1 pompce. Czy tak wysoki bip bedzie dawal takie objawy? Bo poza tym nieszczesnym kopceniem auto nie ma zadnych innych objawow... ani nie szarpie, ma moc, olej w normie itd... Cholery idzie dostac ;/
