I have a same noise as you on the same engine ALT  ,  only when it starts cold , is it like that way at your car?

I did take it to mechanic and said fixit  i changed the chain and the tensioner for nothing , OEM and that was a good waste of money...

@benyA4  do tell what to do , how to fix it , is there a kit or just buy new one they are from 100 to 300 euros by quick google ...

Foil will suit the car i love pure silver color , beautiful color , we have a many silver cars  on Croatian forum AudiHR , but i think only two with pure silver color ,  very similar with Mercedes silver color .

Very nice , whats wrong is it with them , i dont see damage , maybe only need to be cleaned  and some leather condition.

That and some others lights on the dash , its is most likely the switch under the brake pedals ,  buy OEM it it not expensive , aftermarket last only few months with  , that's is mine experience.

I was asking picture of  , vacuum bulb and membrane or levers , to confirm what is that exactly . I did understand why , i just need it to confirm  .

I think i know what you're talking about , but can you post a picture of all parts you mean it can fit from 2.0 fsi to ALT engine .

I find my self the answer on LLL parts, there you can choose by the year , and there is a same part number like in impex site below a picture.

Hello ,  it seems to bi a solution for this problem in fuel level sensor like we write above in posts  but it must bi for quarto from 2002 above not just a 2002 year  fwd  , must be quattro .

So i will ask your help from someone who have an a4 b6 quattro  from 2002 year or above ,  let say for example 1.8 t quattro 110 kw to check exactly is ist for 2002 or above year   quattro , i want to be shour .

It says cars production generic depends from site , some one says 2000 -2004 , 2002 -2006 for all b6 lines , so there is quattros from 2001 my friend says , i personal don't know ,   i dont wanna buy and then  it turns out its for 2001

It's ok , this is a picture  of mine car when i hit a wild boar on highway and he broke mine  , so i change windshield washer fluid reservoir and some few stuff

Very nice , very interesting color , it suits the b8 line i thought that it's a foil wrap , but then i seen engine compartment .   So the engine compartment plastic , you cover it with the layer carbon fiber  , it look very nice , but did you do that to steering wheel also or you buy it like that  i dont remember that i seen an carbon fiber wheel for b8...

Where did you buy carbon fiber  and  that stuff to cover it    ?

I did change my antifreeze few times in short period of time , some broken hoses , crash ect ,  once time did it et first , other i did come back to push  the air out , third time mechanic told me he  did bleed it tree time before it was out the air .. and 100 % how it shout be .

This is a screw where you bleed out the air when car is worm .

Buy some more antifeeez and let a good amount out to be 100% there is no air ..

I crashed my car   ,  front airbags deployed  , changed set belts , and  second half airbags and that's was it for me  ,  some say so i dont know is it true but think it is  , if  tree time crashed ,  you must change this 

 next to  hand brake when you remove console

Someone said   this wire from must be changed after crash but i didn't and everything is fine  .maye this help you maybe not.

I like it how that buttons look , what is the part number of these two items

Maybe you should buy also  lighter that flips , and change a cooler to mach your interior trim  , like this

I did return the lighter for repainting again because i did tell him , paint the wholl thing ,no need to bother with this line  and its prettier , firs thing he did is paint the lighter and sand it to see the line black , omg , haha ,

And you can see the line  just fine when all thing is painted , actually its a hydrographic .

For the  light switch i bout mine from the AliExpress long time ago , you can buy chrome  one  , black one like oem , but there is  no crome one  with auto function , and it works just fine .
