Take 1 Din from Pioneer, they have the same lighting as the rest of the OEM lighting in the B6 interior, lots of options like adjusting the tone of each speaker separately, lighting, BT applications, etc., I have an older DEH S5000BT, for a long time, it was a bit more expensive than the other 1 din but 100x more options, I'm sure there is a newer one with a newer application. To connect you need wires that just plug in so that your rear speakers and amplifier can work and an extension for the antenna if you have 9+ bass speakers like the vast majority of b6s.

Or is the problem much simpler, maybe it's a faulty stop switch located under the brake pedal. A faulty switch turns on the ESP, ABS, it was the same for me. Everything is normal when you drive a car, you press the brake a few times, the lights come on, but it depends on the state of the switch, in other cases it's constantly ESP ,ABS on. If that's the case, buy an OEM switch, I think it's about 25 euros.
