Read this , maybe this topic would not apply to you , maybe because you want only color display , but if the fuel gauge won't work at least you will have it its is because difrence between 2001 and 2002 you , power input omh or somthing like that.

How about to check an engine mounts or shifter mount , or both ,shifter mount know to be fallen apart or to old and give a vibration and not smooth engine running . Very nice looking car , i like it , so i have a few questions , so you have LPG , what brand and do you have any kind of problem , because they say it could be a problem with direct fuel injector car to run properly . I thing that is not true , the most important thing on LPG is the mechanic who knows how it works and how to install it properly. You car is front wheel drive or quattro , because on description it is FWD , and position of you middle muffler/pot is with two pipes , and front wheel drive have only one pipe no matter what engine? Your front seats are from A5 coupe , and back seat also ? What is a DV changed with ProPerfect ? Only thing i would change Akrapovic tips with 100 mm chrome ones , countless happy kilometers with the car.

Hello , If you have an 2001-year car , front-wheel drive , and you installed an S4 B6 quattro km/h cluster gauge , everything will work except fuel gauge , to everything to work properly you must first take a code from a car from at least 2002 year (fwd or quattro , does not matter) , from km/h clock or ECU of that car , don't know what code , anybody who knows how to work with VCDS must know . Then change the code in keys so that you can start your car , you need a small plastic thing , don't know how its called, but it is few euros , i needed three , he had two , bla bla , so , two keys work , one need it to be coded now he don't know when he will be back in Croatia , same old story you know it . If someone have a link where to buy that little plastic thing , link would be appreciated to me and to others know . PS : your non-coded old key will work, you can start a car, but only it will run for one second , you can lock and unlock the car. So you need at least 2002 y . quattro fuel pump component( fuel level guage ) , full pump it self can be from your car and can be from a big range of cars , maybe it will work with just like this fuel lever component in the picture below from at least 2002 quattro , but the price is or little less then a who'll set , so not wort it . Very nice , i love the look of your car , loved , maintained i did read the topic and watching it closely. I have a few questions , what is that on the roof on the garage is it insulation? What is the part number for DRL , module is from b7 i presume , and what did you need to do to DRL start working except module , light switch with auto and switch next to it with DRL ? Once i dismantle the mirror ( oly this like in the picture) from the car , and when i try to put it back it was an nightmare , then my friend tried , no angle , no way to put it back , no amount a pressure to it , won't get back in the place , I put back the screw and drive it to dealership i was so mad i wanted to burn the car . If you have an video or somthing how to do it i must replace mirror once again , i wont to do it by maself

Such nice updates , how did you manage to get a street name on the cluster gage display , can you get it on , let's say eBay 2 din , who can have , sim , Wi-Fi , Bluetooth etc. , or it must be OEM rns . Steering wheel is so nice , is it from a3 or? So what So what was a cable for? I didn't know that b6/b7 had an option for heated back on rear seats ?

Very nice , car is now running or you have some more things to do to it ? If it is complete , did you test drive it , how is i oil consumption.? For esthetic side of thin , you can do whatever you want , cover it with carbon fiber cloth or , pain it , you can secure it with tick copper wire , malt them in plastic , you can find in cable for TV antenna , cover the gaps with two component glue and it will never brake .

I have a same noise as you on the same engine ALT , only when it starts cold , is it like that way at your car? Watch Cold start sound. | Streamable STREAMABLE.COM Watch "Sound on cold start." on Streamable. I did take it to mechanic and said fixit i changed the chain and the tensioner for nothing , OEM and that was a good waste of money... @benyA4 do tell what to do , how to fix it , is there a kit or just buy new one they are from 100 to 300 euros by quick google ...
