For esthetic side of thin , you can do whatever you want , cover it with carbon fiber cloth or , pain it , you can secure it with tick copper wire , malt them in plastic , you can find in cable for TV antenna , cover the gaps with two component glue and it will never brake .

I have a same noise as you on the same engine ALT , only when it starts cold , is it like that way at your car? That and some others lights on the dash , its is most likely the switch under the brake pedals , buy OEM it it not expensive , aftermarket last only few months with , that's is mine experience.

Hello , it seems to bi a solution for this problem in fuel level sensor like we write above in posts but it must bi for quarto from 2002 above not just a 2002 year fwd , must be quattro . So i will ask your help from someone who have an a4 b6 quattro from 2002 year or above , let say for example 1.8 t quattro 110 kw to check exactly is ist for 2002 or above year quattro , i want to be shour . Very nice , very interesting color , it suits the b8 line i thought that it's a foil wrap , but then i seen engine compartment . So the engine compartment plastic , you cover it with the layer carbon fiber , it look very nice , but did you do that to steering wheel also or you buy it like that i dont remember that i seen an carbon fiber wheel for b8... I did change my antifreeze few times in short period of time , some broken hoses , crash ect , once time did it et first , other i did come back to push the air out , third time mechanic told me he did bleed it tree time before it was out the air .. and 100 % how it shout be .
